Nether Bread Preservative comes out as white agglomerate that is almost dust-free and has better effect in mixing when combined with flour and other ingredients. It is easily dissolved in both cold and tap water, thus eliminating the problem of uneven distribution in the batter mixture.


It’s maximum recommended dosage level is 0.3% or up to 75g per 25kg bag of flour. Usage depends on how long the baked product is expected to be kept. In excess of 0.3%, an aftertaste develops.
