Totalé Bread Improver is a 3-in-1 product. It is a bread improver, softener, as well as an anti-mold.

Totalé is a non-bromated, versatile bread improver applicable fpr both bromated and non-bromated flour. It is composed of enzyme blend, oxidizing agent, mold inhibitor, and inert carrier.

It is a free-flowing starch-based improver which facilitates mixing with the flour and other ingredients during the bread making process. This guarantees even distribution to assure the bakers of consistent results.

Its recommended level of usage is 50g to 100g for every 25kgs of flour.
